What you’re getting yourself into…

I do group coaching programs that are interactive and done weekly to be in community while healing.

Claim your value is a course about dismantling internalized patriarchy for women and non binary folks. The main trauma imprint of the patriarchy is “worth less ness”, in this class, we return to our blueprint of health which is “worthiness.”

We hang out for 5 week’s time meeting every week for a 2-hour session that is packed with nervous system health education, body and writing exercises, community conversation, and coaching from me.

All sessions will be recorded for you to replay or to listen at your own pace if you don’t want to join live or can’t.

Claim Your Value has been UPGRADED but there is no current LIVE round of the program happening at the moment. Sign up to the Newsletter on the site’s homepage to get notified of the next round of enrolment.

Feel healthy, happy and wealthy without fearing being punished for it.

Week 1-2: dismantling internalized patriarchy

Session 1 will feature:

•The ins and outs of the autonomic nervous system and how the patriarchy has affected yours.

•Examining your defenses and stress adaptions to your needs not being met under patriarchy.

•Seeing how these defenses have kept you locked up not living a life you desire.

Session 2 will include:

•The understanding of you as a plant (with more advanced emotions)… approaching yourself with inherent care and worth through creating the right physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual conditions for you.

•Getting in right rhythm with your body: Somatic consent vs intellectual consent.

Week 3-4: Practicing inherent worth

Session 3 will focus on:

  • Exploring the disconnection from the body the patriarchy encourages and finding reconnection access points.

  • Expanding our emotional range (trauma and oppression makes us shrink our emotional range, which makes us lose touch with things such as anger or grief or joy.) We will practice expanding our emotional range through using somatic release exercises like primal screaming.

  • Building neuroception (accessing danger versus safety accurately in your body.)

  • Redefining our goals when we are liberating ourselves from internalized patriarchy.

Session 4 will be about:

  • Defunding the pleasure police.

  • Breaking loyalty to dysfunction: voiding contracts of loyalty to your father, your ex, your boss, an organization or a religion of some sort, people who actually have been historically oppressive to you. If it excites you to know, fire will be included in this week’s exercises. ;)

  • The mother wound and its correlation to the patriarchy.

  • Upgrading to freedom by practicing pleasure mindfulness + upping your tolerance for play, rest and aliveness.

  • We’ll plant seeds for the future that is equal and just.

The biggest lie you were ever told.

The biggest LIE that has been going on for centuries about women and gender non conforming folks is that we have no inherent value.

So what do we do with that?

Because we haven’t been given it rightfully so since birth, we are going to claim it. Remember this ancient truth as correct and good. Infuse it into our cells and in our bones and make a new normal. The patriarchy takes away the ideal conditions for us to flourish. We are going to give them back to your body.

Who claim your value is for …

  • The one who feels guilty if happy and fulfilled.

  • The one who self-sabotages but also doesn’t get why they self-sabotage.

  • The one who is afraid of punishment or attack if they are healthy (or experiencing wellbeing in any way).

  • The one who has learnt to dim their power in order to feel safer.

  • The one who over gives just to prove their value.

  • The one who experiences anxiety about sharing ideas or their work.

  • The one who finds themselves settling in relationships.

  • The one who finds themselves doing the work for two in relationships.

  • The one who is having trouble sleeping and feels hyper vigilant.

  • The one who is overworked and depleted.

  • The one who knows they are distracting themselves when they have some kind of project or business or art they want to make/ facilitate/ create.

  • The one who can’t stop scrolling instagram. No. Matter. How. Hard. They. Try.

  • The one who has the dream(s) but procrastinates.

  • The mom one who secretly lives like it’s the 1950s inside their home.

  • The one who feels shame for enjoying their sensuality or sexuality.

  • The one who doesn’t know who’s desires they are actually following in life. Is it their own? Parents? Spouse? Society?

  • The one who feels arrogant, selfish or delusional for charging for their offerings.

  • Anyone who was socialized female in any way and relates the the struggles of this.

  • Anyone who identifies as female or is gender non confirming.

Who claim your value is not for…

  • Cis men.

  • Those who are looking for a therapeutic setting. This course is an educational group program. I am not a therapist.

  • Anyone who’s not interested in shifting the way you treat yourself. Internalized patriarchy can only be dismantled if you stop treating yourself the way your oppressors treat/ treated you. This does require deep care and attention. Are you willing, able and truly interested to show up for yourself like this right now?

  • Anyone who’s homophobic, transphobic, racist, etc. My classes welcome a wide range of LGBTQ+ folks as well as folks with different racial backgrounds. All are welcomed and deeply, deeply, valued.

Why claim your value means a great deal to me…

Ever since I can remember, I have been obsessed with feminism (and with age and excellent teachers, I developed a deep special interest for intersectional feminism). I would proudly call myself a raging feminist. And I think you can see that in the things I choose to teach about in general as a nervous system health educator.

For example, I love to teach about consent culture and somatic yums and yucks and could do it er dang day so that everyone who walks into my coaching practice has great sex with themselves or with others (as they wish) post oppression or trauma.

My idea of a good time on a Sunday afternoon is watching a feminist documentary detailing the lives of feminist pioneers in times like the 70s.

I LOVE feminist photography and go crazy for an artsy bush portrait. Yes, as in, I love pubic hair photographed and think it looks so cool. I also love body hair in general, and was the teenager who swung around tampons and talked about her period 24/7. I still do, tbh. Though now, I mainly free bleed.

The long story short is that I love women. I am unusually very close to my mother. I have mostly all female or non binary best friends and I work with women, gender non confirming folks and queers all day long. I’m also a queer lesbian myself. I spend my life devoted to people with vaginas and those who were socialized females. I’ve observed their patterns, noticed their likes, dislikes, fears and dearest wishes, taken notes on what they complain about and what they express affection and curiosity for. This enables me to be able to anticipate what I can do to make myself useful.

It makes me sad that all my favorite people have been affected by the trauma imprint of worthlessness and it’s a passion of mine to walk myself and those I love (like you) back to worthiness. Our most natural state.

The word on the street.

Wow, thank you so much for this course. It is shifting so much in my body, mind, relationship and life! I can’t quite put into words how profound this experience has been for me! I’ve had the courage to get 100% sober and I feel like a totally new woman, or like the woman I have always felt was there inside. Life changing, incredible yet oh so gentle, your work has supported me to be someone I am truly proud, and has rippled our to effect my community of women as well. I feel like I am not only healing from trauma, I am becoming an elder. And that is remarkable.
