I have now sat for three months attempting to put into words what working with Emily for the past two years has done for me, for my relationships, and for my quality of life. How do I translate in a way that someone reading this could fully feel (and actually believe because it’s possible it could sound hyperbolic). So, in the end I have decided to just write as accurately and from my heart as I can.
I started working with Emily at the beginning of 2021. I had recently realized, at the age of 30, that I’m gay and thus gone through a divorce with my then husband. Having a later in life realization of that magnitude was the first indicator to me that I had an unhealthy ability to take on and live out roles that are not actually true to me. And that there were likely more truths living in my body that I did not have access to. Working with Emily has truly been an experience of you just don’t know what you don’t know. I didn’t know how much better I could feel, how safe it was possible to feel in relationships, how much could change with my parents. I wasn’t in an immense amount of suffering when Emily and I first began our work. I just had an inkling I had more trauma living in my body that I really knew and I needed help healing it.
Everything in my life has gotten better because of working with Emily. Absolutely Everything. I am truly living a life that FEELS good on every level, not a life that just looks good. It’s wild to me how much better e v e r y t h I n g has gotten because I just did not knooooow it could get this good. The first time I experienced true co-regulation with my partner and my sister at dinner one night, I later told Emily it felt like we were on drugs together. She lovingly responded, “the fact that healthy co-regulation felt like drugs to you tells me just how little you’ve experienced that in your life.” And it was true. The more I healed the more I realized how used to judgement, lack of safety and over-performing for love I was. But all I heard when she said that was “WAIT. If that feeling was just a result of healthy nervous systems, that means I can keep healing AND HAVE MORE OF IT.”
Emily walked me from a live that I thought was really good, that to a lot of people looked really good but that had so much pain living under the surface, into a life that IS good. My consistent baseline is now I feel safe, and at peace, and at ease, in my body. I’m living realities that used to feel impossible to me. I have a secure attachment with my partner, something that felt SO out of reach for the majority of my life. I have a bond with my parents. Like, an actual bond. We travel together and I just recently moved back to my home state to be closer to them after having lived intentionally at a distance for over a decade in order to feel safe.
I’ve completely transformed my business into something that is built around my actual needs (no more over-functioning for the sake of others). The under-lying shame and pressure I used to live with as a norm is no where to be seen, and neither are the people who re-affirmed it. My inner circle is a place of safety and real love. I now know and believe that love is supposed to feel like a safe place. Something I hoped was true but could never quite get to before. I just want to scream from the rooftops “EVERYONE SHOULD WORK WITH EMILY!!!! YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW GOOD LIFE CAN FEEL!!!!!!!” And I have, I’ve sent clients and friends her way and will continue to until the day she either shuts down her practice or tells me to stop.
Emily is the most finely attuned practitioner of healing I have ever come across, and I’ve been in the healing/coaching industry for a decade. Her expertise combined with the precision of her empathy and love is astounding. I’ve been ruminating on how to genuinely explain in words how it was working with Emily Aube.

I had a wonderful Angel Card reading with the lovely Emily Aube this morning! I was nervous and excited to hear what the Angels had to say and I received exactly what I needed! I have received much guidance and many were confirmed in our reading together.
For example: The first card Emily pulled was for the question 'What is my life purpose?' was New Career! I also received the cards Dietary Change and You've Got The Power cards twice! These were already guided intuitions and confirmed today by Archangels Michael and Raphael. They also were conveying that I AM READY! which I have felt more and more lately.

I am so excited to tell you guys about my angel card reading with the talented and insightful Emily. First of all the concept of angels in general is a bit foreign to me but I went in with an open mind and heart. My questions revolved around some positive and scary changes with my business that I needed guidance with and Emily was spot on. I've carried the notes I took during our session with me everywhere all day today and have been re-reading them.
