Our 4th chakras, commonly known as the heart chakra, are often suffering these days and this is a container space to come and heal, transform and reconnect to 1. Your energetic signature (who you are in essence, and if you need help on identifying that, I guide you through that in this offering), and 2. Love.

By working with your 4th chakra, and the corresponding 4th auric field, you will get a chance to look at the programming that is occurring in this space in your energy field which affects the whole of your life.

Did you know that whatever is currently programmed in our 4th chakra (good or bad based on past experiences) informs the 4th auric field about what to let in and let go of currently, making us a match to whatever is currently going on in our 4th chakra?

For example, if you had a very shaming relationship with a friend, and this affected your self-esteem, you may be unconsciously programmed with the 4th chakra belief system that you are not worthy of support because of who you are. This then affects the auric field and does not let any support in easily, meaning you are not magnetizing new friendships, or feeling like it’s safe to put yourself out there, and the 4th auric field doesn’t know to let go of the shame, because it does not belong there.

This means that the state of our 4th chakra is so significant to our wellbeing and I am inviting you to come and heal and transform and rebalance it with the help of your beautiful higher self, and the guides that want your highest best so that you can experience this life on earth with more joy, ease and peace as you learn your soul’s lessons and contribute to others with your soul’s purpose and unique gifts.

The beautiful thing about the 4th chakra is that we can even move beyond the limiting factors of our past that we think are so unchangeable.

The opposite of love is greed, jealously, envy, selfishness, ego driven pursuits, loneliness, fear, apathy, aimlessness.

It is so easy to get caught up in any of these love opposites, especially when our world is rife with inequality, and we do not always have the space and time and resource to process our great losses, betrayals, abandonments, etc.

This is a new offering that I feel called to share with my community. The offering is called LOVE SESSIONS.

How a LOVE SESSION works:

-You sign up for a love session because it just feels right. There is something that happened in your world that you need a container to process this disconnection to love. Some of these disconnection could be: a romantic relationship ending, a friendship loss/ breakup, deep loneliness that is not being remedied easily, a family disturbance, grief due to the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet that changes your world’s constellation, an identity change (like being diagnosed with a neurodivergent developmental disorder, coming out, moving, changing jobs or careers, a medical leave/going on disability, etc), or it could be that you went through an abusive relationship or a bullying scenario that truly rocked you.

-Whatever brings you to a LOVE SESSION, I believe your soul has called you here. After you’ve signed up, I will be getting into contact with you to book your time for us to meet.

-When we meet, I will help you identify through a very warm conversation what has caused the imbalance in your 4th chakra. Then, I will read through my gifts how this impacts your 4th auric field. We will then do some healing work that will include a mix of somatic expression and movement, as well as subtle energy work to rebalance and alchemize what needs to be addressed.

-After we take a look at the 4th chakra and reprogram it through healing tools, and we adjust the auric field based on that, I will help you reconnect to your energetic signature - what will naturally help you be you, and stay in this LOVE frequency.

-If you feel like one LOVE SESSION is enough to heal your 4th chakra of the pain it has been carrying and find LOVE again, as well as reconnect you to your energetic signature, then we will part ways with such joy and gratitude. If you feel like you need another, or a few more, at present time, you will be invited to book a following session.
